Kung Fu is an ancient Chinese martial art that combines self-defense techniques with physical and mental discipline. Wushu

"Wushu" is the Chinese term for "martial arts" (武 "Wu" = combat or martial, 術 "Shu" = art), reflecting the art's goal as a compilation and standardization of various styles. It also has good effects in developing such physical qualities as strength, agility and flexibility. Wushu as a means of self defence: As mentioned above, wushu takes the form of either routine exercises or free combat, and both forms are made up of fighting techniques. Some practices highlight health and well-being as their primary goal, while others stress maintaining the traditional culture and skills from which the arts originated.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. Tai Chi originated as an ancient martial art in China. Over the years, it has become more focused on health promotion and rehabilitation. There are 5 conditions that had many systematic reviews showing consistent evidence of benefit for Tai Chi : preventing falls in older adults in the community, osteoarthritis, Parkinson disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and cognitive functioning.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a full-contact hybrid martial art and boxing type based on punching and kicking. Kickboxing originated in the 1950s to 1970s. The fight takes place in a boxing ring, normally with boxing gloves, mouth guards, shorts, and bare feet to favor the use of kicks. Kickboxing is an intense, full body workout that delivers a hefty punch when it comes to health and well-being. You can expect to see improvements in everything from your heart health and balance to your self esteem and bone health. In conclusion, kickboxing is a better option than lifting weights at the gym.
